That company would have to be some sort of contractor to Daimler AG to be using the name mercedes
$350 is a reasonable price to pay assuming yours is actually worn. Leaks can be done at home and I have never actually come across a worn steering box. plenty of leaky ones but never one that required new parts such as bearings etc .
