Will Axle Replacement Affect Alignment?

I plan on replacing the axle boots on my 1979 300SD W116. They are cracking and overdue for replacement. Will removal and reinstallation of the axles affect the alignment? I am hoping I won't need to add a rear alignment to the bill.

I plan on removing the axles and possibly sending them in to CVJ for rebooting. I think they charge $200 total including parts and labor, less shipping? I want to swap sides on the axles for even wear. I will probably replace the differential side and pinion seals while the axles are out. I will also drain the fluid and replace with synthetic.

I know I will probably be into this about $400 for rebooting when it is all done. But it should last another 30 years unless the metal components wear out. If I reboot before contaminants enter I don't think this is likely.

I also have a transmission service on my list (drain fluid, replace filter and pan gasket, replace fluid lines, adjust anything that needs it--all preventative maintenance) as well as replacement of all 4 brake hoses (previous owner replaced the master cylinder, booster, calipers, pads, and rotors, but did not change the original 1979 hoses!).
