I suppose Roy could have a more up to date spec or something issued special for the turbo engine rather than the generic spec for all 606s but when it comes to torque in those heads I would rather err on the side of caution I guess.
I agree, just did mine on OM605 to 40nm as per Haynes manual, tbh don't think you could do another 45?
