Isn't R22 what the EPA allows four ounces of to be put into our systems ( I assume with nitrogen to pressurize ) and then vented after a leak check is done ?
It is certainly not for mixing with R12 in use... but he might want to keep it for the next leak/flush that sneaks up on him...
