Also could try pulling the entire fuse holder out of the fuse box and checking the tightness of the screws holding the wires to the buses, the fuse from the ign switch I believe is unfused, is not fused until the appropriate wire is attached to the fuse bus, then through the fuse and out to the various consumers on the fuse. You want to especially check the side where you just see single wires, those are from the ign switch. They can loosen up over time, have seen it before.
