I'm pretty sure that you have to bring it in with a "It doesn't seem to be acting right. Please check it out." or some similar complaint to get their attention. That's what I did.
I also had them put the latest transmission flash on it; and this seems to have
finally resolved the hard 2->1 downshifts.
