Two different sets of instructions
Depending on whether you have "Light Alloy" Radiator (Looks like ALUMINUM to you and me.)
In the first pictogram #12 is the Engine Block Drain[you will want to locate yours]

The Second set of Instructions (#s 1-7 ,in two parts) is for Aluminum Radiators.
