thanks for responding to my poorly worded post, maybe this will help make it more understandable. . . . . i hope someone has a good answer.

the water is dripping in the trunk, on the drivers side, and the drips are coming down onto the rear spring / shock tower. i have had the rear window sealed and that made no difference sadly to say.

i read somewhere that there was a drain in the area just behind the upper door post, where the drip rail from the roof would be channeling the water toward the top of the rear fender. . . .

i have a junker body and i pulled the trim back thats on the rear area of the drip rail, and can see where air is most likely vented from the interior of the trunk when your driving to keep the cabin from getting a positive pressure in it. . . . . but i cannot for the life of me, find any kind of drain in those hidden air vents. and if i know where the drain was suppose to exit underneath the car, i would just blow air pressure backwards to un-plug the dang thing.
