thanks for the response....yeah, that's where the resistor for the BMW fan is, adjacent to the fan assembly itself...makes sense...christ!! i was just in there last fall and it's no fun to go there ...damn it!!... i was hoping against hope but nevertheless....thanks for the info...regards....cliff
