I just got over the swine last week, it wasn't the worst flu I've ever had. I second "Kknudson's" recommendation of sweating it out, just be sure you stay hydrated and watch your temp.

My Doctor warned me to stay home for four days after the fever broke as you can still be contagious, also if the fever comes back call the doctor ASAP. I went back to work 72 hours after the fever broke and two people in the office came down with the flu four days later...ooops. They are okay now, but I should have listened to the Dr.
