Its a combat zone, when picking the guy up stuff happens. Their job is to assault people. He is not a US citizen and is not protected under the Geneva Convention, so he has no rights.
So yes I would expect them not to report such silly incidents, if such an incident did occur. Which since Fox reported it is iffy.
