I read the story, whats not true? They may be leaving facts out, but as it stands Navy Seals are in trouble for giving this sack of crap a bloody nose. Screw that, hand him over to the Mossad for some proper treatment.

You’re arguing, then, that the Navy should ignore allegations and evidence of assault by SEALs because the person making the allegations is a suspected terrorist.

It would also seem you’re unaware that for Navy officials to indeed ignore the allegations, those officials would be committing a crime, yes?

Its a combat zone, when picking the guy up stuff happens. Their job is to assault people. He is not a US citizen and is not protected under the Geneva Convention, so he has no rights.

So yes I would expect them not to report such silly incidents, if such an incident did occur. Which since Fox reported it is iffy.

Assuming this is real; these guys would have been operating under some rules of engagement. If they broke the rules, their own chain of command will have a problem with it because they usually prefer that their orders are followed. I agree that stuff like this wouldn't normally make the news, and it would probably be handled informally.

Whether he has rights has nothing to do with it. He's not the one bringing the charges. The charges are being brought by the Navy.
