I just took one out of an SD two days ago, pre-black friday. It took me about 30 minutes. First get the lines off. Second, take off the inline, outline and oil line. Then, remove vacuum modular. Then, remove throttle linkage. Then, the three nuts at the front come off. After that the fun starts. You must remove the two bolts holding the rear bracket on. Finally, the bolt holding the pump to the bracket must come off. These three bolts take 90% of the time. Be patient. It is possible to get the top bolt on the bottom bracket with a socket. The bottom bolt and the bolt to the back of the pump need a ratcheting wrench.

The tools needed are:
13mm wrench (ratcheting is best)
17mm wrench
12mm wrench
19mm wrench
13mm deep well socket
ratchet
1 1/16" deep well socket (if you want the injectors)

I've R&R the injection pump on a 617 so many times in the last few months, I feel I could do it blindfolded. I never put on the bottom bracket though.
