The red arrows point to where you need to plug off, the red letter R is for remove.
The three way at the bottom side of the VCV is to be replaced with a piece of hose to the main line nipple.
The three way going to the top should have a line for the locks, HVAC and shut down. Maybe that's there, just not in the pic.
The exposed 3/2 valve can be completely removed as the associated lines and plug.
