EGR related vacuum line removal

I've already disabled the EGR and removed the one vacuum line going to the value, but I'm left wondering if there are any other vacuum lines that could be removed...that exist only to provide vacuum 'information' as it relates to EGR operation.

Looking at this schematic http://peterschmid.com/images/1984_1985.jpg hopefully it pertains to an '85 300SD (Fed. version), what vacuum lines could be eliminated...or any valves/sensors for that matter?

Much appreciated!

Looking at the diagram, it appears that I've already removed/plugged everything according to what has been shown in the picture.

Hey there, for the semi newb. I took this diagram and went under my hood and questioned a couple of the components on there. Can someone confirm, maybe by drawing pretty little arrows on my picture, what all exactly can be eliminated to clean up the bay. I have already done the EGR and ALDA removal. Just don't want to get carried away. Thanks.

The red arrows point to where you need to plug off, the red letter R is for remove.
The three way at the bottom side of the VCV is to be replaced with a piece of hose to the main line nipple.
The three way going to the top should have a line for the locks, HVAC and shut down. Maybe that's there, just not in the pic.
The exposed 3/2 valve can be completely removed as the associated lines and plug.

Good deal. Thanks. So ok, is the 3/2 valve the manifold at the top of the valve cover? Also the "switch" that the original EGR line went to can completely be removed now? Basicly about everything in the engine bay can be removed except that module in the back right with the blue hose coming from it ( what is this?)
Bear with me here I am learning this vehicle and hope to know it like the back of my hand in the next few years as some of you do.

The blue line is coming out of the top of the VCV, you need that as it sends a vac signal to the transmission. What switch are you referring to? If it's the one close to where the valve used to be, just plug that other nipple off. I'm pointing to it.
Yes, the item on top of the cam cover is the 3/2 valve. It's under the black box, you can just take it off, you see mine is unplugged. You may be able to tell the line coming from the top of the VCV has a 3 way, one from the main vac line, one to the VCV and one to the transmission. The bottom side is plugged to a piece of hose and to a black line that ends inside the cabin, it's a vent.
The pics should be labeled egr, not erg.

What model and year is your car? The diagram you referenced above is a 1985 specific model year. Your engine needs the pre-'84 diagram.

On a side note, It seems you have a wagon motor installed and it appears your setup for crankcase venting has a potential for the engine to run away.
