Sounds like the additive stirred up some gunk, its playing havoc with you rack. If the problem is bad, replace the fuel filters, have the rack adjusted or perhaps your rack adjustment spring is bad. You may want to have that done.... Good luck.

BTW, I've used Redline, really don't see a huge boost. I think its more for the owner to clear his/her head of any mal thoughts.
