I'm considering the purchase of a '61 190Db. One of my concerns is the injection pump and engine parts. How common are the OM621 engine parts and does anyone know about repair parts from ThermoKing?

If the car has no rust, new paint, good engine, refreshed brakes, and needs some interior work, what's the next item I ought to be concerned about?
