Therefore, there is no "shock dose" of startron, using 1oz or 12oz's will only change the time which it takes to break down the substrate (fungi/sludge). 1oz will take longer, but it will break down the same amount of substrate as 12oz, given the time.

Throw 1oz in at each fill-up, preferably at night, so the startron has time to sit in the fuel and react with the contaminates. There is no reason to put any more in your tank, other than to waste money.
