POR15 is good - but it isn't too good when exposed to UV... after buying the starter kit you're better off doing a coat of their tie coat primer and then spray over a satin OEM black.

Lots of work if you go down the POR15 route and you want an OEM satin type finish - if not POR15 make a top chassis coat in gloss...

Alternatively you can buy KBS coatings chassis black in a satin finish that'll go straight over the top of POR15 (or the KBS equivalent) in one go...

Tricky area to paint though as the hinged caps on the wiper arm bolt covers are likely to scratch your newly painted bits - let us know how you get on.
