my 89 300ce sometimes has the same issue,the back window fogs up,its due to condensation in the car,moisture,you may even have a tiny water leak causing the humidity to build up,dont use the rear defrost its so strong it drains the battery on a stock 70 amp alternator. just turn on the defrost up front and open the sun roof a tiny bit this should clear the window.
