btw Ive seen such two piece bolts in a very oldschool BMW 6 series (shark like thing). The rims were after market.

Probably the same rims: the old BBS 'basketweave' style? Many of the 6 Coupes had them.
In the climate here a small dab of anti-seize on lug bolts is a must. We have damp winters with liberal use of road salt, and hot, humid summers.
Related yarn: The local Mercedes indy recently sent my bud a customer with a first-gen ML that hadn't had its wheels off in at least three years. They could not get the bolts out and wouldn't attempt to use the torch to heat up the bolts (chrome wheels) because, well, they're the Mercedes indy and they don't do dirty stuff like that....
Norm got the wheels off, but blackened two of them.
