That is true. But the nature and whereabouts of the father has a lot to do with the whole responsiblility thing in the first place. Was she raped? Or simply fukkin around? Not enough facts about her past to make a definitive judgement. But given her age, status, and problems good choices do not appear to have been high on her list in the past.
