most likely, you will need to lower, remove, raise, push and pull to get the axles in and out.
It would seem though that even with the diff fixed at that position that the shocks can be raised and lowered (by jacking it up or down) to "wiggle" the axle if necessary - essentially achieving the same thing as lowering the differential. Thoughts?
