Ball joints will squeak when they run out of lube. If left in that condition they will wear out. You can probably determine what is squeaking by driving up on ramps and having someone bounce the front end while you feel various parts. The squeaking part will vibrate, or you can use one of the cheap mechanics stethoscopes from Harbor Freight to pin point the problem part.
