This car is a recent purchase. It's my daughter's daily driver.

Looking over the under-hood situation, I find NO green dashpot (damper) for the vacuum control valve! Good news- vacuum control valve looks NEW. Possibly not hooked up right. The VCV output looks to be running to the cabin... Searching for diagrams...
