hi, thank you everyone for your help. There are actually two #30 torx screws holding the shut-off valve in place. the other one you can feel the opening to by running your finger along the side of the valve, note i said the opening as it is a blind screw! there is an o-ring that seals the input of the valve to injection pump that was leaking on my vehicle. The cost was $3.- and it took about an hour after i had my splash guards removed.I also removed the fuel filter to access the shutoff valve although it was not necessary.Good luck and again thanks to everyone!!!
