If you go to the bottom of the edit bit you have an opportunity to delete - I think you have to give a reason though...

...I'm not sure if it has to be a good one! You could find that your deleted posts come back with a moderator's comment of "could do better" / "see me" / "0 /10" / "try harder next time"...

...just like at school. Though if I remember correctly you found some good school reports not so long ago didn't you?
