But seriously, if there's something that I can do to help out with regards to getting a pump done at Mynadiesel, let me know.
Raised the motor up enough to get the W123 turbo filter housing off the engine, and will be installing the W126 canister next, as that's what I am going with for now. Then "a few" more things and she'll be on the road again...
