I'm going to use fender washers to repair the inside of the door. There must have been a lot of stress put on these nuts fatigue the metal and cause it to pull through the door.
Has anyone seen this before?
Does the window regulator and motor need to be replaced?
Does the window regulator need to be greased?
Thanks for any help.

I've got the same problem on my 300sdl. The mounting hole is elongated, not as bad as yours. My window works ok, with a clunk, when the nut shifts. My plan is to weld a plate over the damaged hole.
Washers sound ok as long as they don't cause interference with the regulator.
