YES. A lot of cell phones in Asia have DUAL SIM feature. 2 unique numbers. However, you may lose call if you are on a call and the other number is called. Some vendors can do a trick to call forward the the other number to the one you are talking so it may show 'call waiting' to alert you. But it incurs extra charges from carrier. Unique ring is up to you to program.
