Wondering, is it possible to have 2 cell numbers (one personal/one business) go to a cell phone. Separate vmails, unique rings etc?

It's easy to forward calls from my iPhone to any number I choose, I can only assume the same holds true for other smart phones.

Settings-->Phone-->Call Forwarding and entering number to forward to.

YES. A lot of cell phones in Asia have DUAL SIM feature. 2 unique numbers. However, you may lose call if you are on a call and the other number is called. Some vendors can do a trick to call forward the the other number to the one you are talking so it may show 'call waiting' to alert you. But it incurs extra charges from carrier. Unique ring is up to you to program.

If Verizon's policy allows it, yes. Here's what my settings page looks like. Unfortunately for me, Boost doesn't allow forwarding in this manner.
