Put a drop of motor oil on each one. Then, with a pair of dykes, pry them off. Position the dykes at the bottom edge of the moulding, not the top. Do this in a clean area, as they will tend to fly. If the grommets are still in good shape, you can reuse them. Install them in the body, not the moulding. A little grease will ease assembly and future disassembly.
