05 and 06 have the inline 6 CDI motor. 07 and 08 have the Bluetec V6. So, technically, there is no 07 or 08 CDI.

As far as my 05, I love it. Working on the brakes is no big deal, just disconnect the SBC computer first and reconnect when you're done.
