I'm kind of confused by your list. Is the radiator leaking? There is no need to replace it unless it is leaking or plugged.

As Bill said, there's no need to replace ANY parts unless they are bad. Replace the lubricating fluids, drive it a little and see what gives with it.

My 240D sat up about that long after my son parked it and went off to college before I took it out of moth balls and started driving it again. Except for a few things that I replaced because they needed attention, such as a bad windshield, I just put in a new battery, started it, ran it down the road until the oil temp was up, changed the oil and began driving it. I did that on Saturday and drove it 89 miles to the office on Monday.

Unless the car was setting in salt water, I would be surprised if brakes need anything except the normal flushing that they should get annually.
