Arthur Dalton sent me a link to a different PDF that showed the valve as having been eliminated when MB started omitting the secondary pump from the .3 and .4 transmissions at some point in the 90s. So Stretch, you were correct. Good to know I'm not going crazy, thanks for the help everyone!
