I think its possible my mechanic is wrong (he may be more concerned about the gearing than I am) but that deal on the auto transmission from the forum member is off the table, he had another buy interested and I didn't tell him for sure I wanted the transmission in time so I think another forum member has gotten it (and best of luck to that other customer). Now I have an offer for a 5 speed manual swap, I shall definitely be looking into that.
