150 Amp AL129X for M116/7/V-Belt Setups?

I am looking to upgrade the alternator on my 420SEL.

The 115amp AL129X seems to be the go-to upgrade. I was looking around on eBay and found a few higher (150A) amperage units and came across this:

Saab 9000 1992 1993 1994 900 1984 86 87 89 90 1994 Bosch Alternator 150 High Amp | eBay

What do you guys think of these units?
