Not much to look at compared to most of the beautiful cars on this site...... Bought it last week from some friends/clients we were having dinner with. It was 1/2 mile from our house. Visiting over dinner I asked what they were gonna do with their old diesel wagon (sitting for 5 years). Next day it was ours after I jump started it. He is Dutch and bought it in Holland when new, and imported it into NY that year. When I went to get the title a couple days later, his manager for his cheese importing business told me he had brought 2 over together, but one had been sold. The one with the manual tranny. Dang! Oh well, for a thousand bucks it's a lot of car, and I'm a diesel nut and a chronic tinkerer, so it's pretty much perfect. Besides with a stable of single cab trucks, we needed something with a back seat! Getting married next month and my bride is going to use it for her 24 mile round trip commute. Gotta keep her earning money reliably!
