There is no "PCV" valve per se. In the valve cover gasket there is an "oil trap". There is an outlet from the manifold to the oil trap with a very small opening. There should be just enough vacuum to suck any fumes rising up from the crank case which are then captured in the oil trap and returned to the valve train area as oil.

Over time seepage will occur back into the manifolds and gather underneath the throttle valve.
