Marine bilge cleaner is a good way to clean out the oil, just add it to the coolant and run it, then drain and refill with water and more bilge cleaner, then flush that and should be ok for coolant. Don't forget the expansion tank, if that has oil in it it will just get reindroduced to the system later. That one isn't easily cleaned, and there isn't much to it so I think is cheaper than the pressure tank.
