That is private land production. When Saint Obama was blowing smoke a year or so ago, he was spinning and obfuscating as per his normal MO.
Oil prices are up, so those terrible capitalists are drilling, gracing, etc, more where they can, so they can make money. If Saint Obama would open up a few small areas of public land like the 2000 acres in Alaska, there would be WAY more domestic oil production than what Texas is pumping.
That would make LOTS of jobs, give us lower gas prices and allow the country to boom again. Of course that would be no good for Saint Obama because he would lose the control that welfare, food stamps and other massive govt programs give him.
Bottom line, he was feeding you bull shlt a year or so ago when he tried to represent private production as public land. There is much more to that obfuscation than what I want to key in on this stupid IPad at this time of the morning.
