You can even undo the bottom bracket for the engine shocks if you want.

It is worth keeping things like that - just to fill up any work space you might have left over of course!

If I remember correctly a 7mm open ended spanner on the flat part of the shiny telescopic bit will stop the bloody things from spinning round (might be 11mm though - it was a weird size anyway)

EDIT - sorry Tom's already said most of this - anyway it is nice to have all the extra confirmation...
