It has the garrett turbo. I am pretty sure it is the turbo and that it needs to be rebuilt.

I actually have a spare one, but I do not know the condition of it.

If it's a garret there are kits available to rebuild. Some even come with shaft and impellers. KKK's are not so easy to get parts for.
