A part that turns the drive wheels broke on my snow blower a year ago and I still have to disassemble and see what’s wrong.
I hope it’s just a pin or something as the blower has been used only about 12x. Another POS crapman labeled fiasco.
I also have to put the plow attachment on my lawn tractor, along with the chains and 60 lb bag of gravel.
That's about a 2 hour long task. And the plow is good for up to about a foot of not too heavy snow, at least for the first part of winter....
Then there is the best solution of all – the number of a neighbor who has a mid-sized Deer 4wd tractor with a front loader bucket. He charges me about $40 per plow which isn’t bad given that the driveway is pretty long.
Last year, at the peak (and everywhere else), the snow grew to about 4' deep, and lingered for nearly 6 months.
The year before it was over 5' deep.
