I'm 99% sure you're right. I haven't yet had a box which matched the numbers in EPC.

I think the 46-010 section of the FSM is supposed to be the "how to" guide of identification. http://www.startekinfo.com/StarTek/outside/12265/disc_2/program/Chassis/46-010.pdf

I just checked the numbers I knew of, 116 461 04 01 (on the case), 123 481 04 06 (pitman shaft plate) and EPC doesn't know either of them.
