on cost

how much is a 'free' tutorial worth?

I like to spread my my shopping dollars around, when I can, to keep those 'sources' going.

While a house in Arizona my offer the best bang-for-the-buck on many items, it is often worthwhile to pay a little more for better quality products, to say nothing about the extensive knowledge-base that can be accessed by simply picking up the phone.

Likewise, having a good relationship with the counterperson @ the local dealer can come in handy in a tight spot. With a nod & a wink, small, hard to get items sometimes do not appear on the invoice this way.
