IMO

A total rear end rebuild is 5 - 8 hours for me, this includes all bushings/mounts, wheel bearings, shocks, and multi link suspension.

It excludes brake, axle shaft replace/reboot, differential rebuild.

Swapping a good used rear end assembly is roughly 2.5 - 5 hours, depending on corrosion.
