Well it could be a fuse. If you take the cover off the fuse box each item a fuse covers is listed inside the cover. But I would more suspect the ground system. That instrument unit is very "touchy" when it comes to grounds. I would say, unless a fuse is the obvious problem, that probably one edge or one corner of the instrument panel is not seated correctly.
