Not sure why you are getting rubbing if you have 2" clearance !
I ran 7.5 wide ET35 and 8 wide ET35 rims with stock suspension and no rubbing.
How much is your car lowered ?

The Sportline bars are more than enough to handle even high power in the 124 chassis.
You might want to consider boxing the suspension with front and rear upper strut braces.
But if you are running stock power than the strut braces not necessary.

You might want to examine all the rubbers in your suspension.
Upgrading the hard parts is worthless if you have movement due to worn rubber.
