Bit of a random story - I ordered an antenna mast and a few other bits from Phil to give to my father as Christmas presents, and spoke to him over the phone to make sure everything I was to get was correct. Transaction happened mid-November - the week before Thanksgiving IIRC.

Fast forward to the second weekend in January... Got a call from him to make sure the parts were correct, and that they all worked. Surprised the hell out of me, but made me a customer of Phil for life.
